US: Vulcan Materials has entered into an agreement to acquire California-based Superior Ready Mix Concrete. Superior Ready Mix Concrete’ operates 13 ready-mix concrete plants and six aggregates sites, with another 50 years’ combined reserves. Vulcan expects to close the deal by the end of December 2024.
