US: Florida-based Maschmeyer Concrete has acquired the ready-mix concrete and circular aggregates assets of Ready Mix USA in Atlanta, Georgia. The assets include 17 ready-mix concrete batching plants and employ a total of 230 people. The facilities will continue to operate as before, but under the Maschmeyer Concrete brand. Maschmeyer Concrete says that the acquisition is its first outside of Florida.
