US: A man died at a Tindall Corporation precast concrete plant in San Antonio, Texas, on 5 March 2026. Local press has reported that a ‘large piece of equipment’ struck and killed the man, who had been an employee of Tindall Corporation.
The US Occupational Safety and Health Administration has opened an investigation, which it will conclude within six months.
