Ireland: Kilsaran has opened a precast concrete plant in Arthurstown, County Kildare. The plant will produce twin wall precast concrete elements. Local news has reported that it is the largest plant of its kind in Ireland. Kilsaran expects that the Arthurstown plant will increase its total production volumes to the equivalent of 4000 new housing units per year.
Co-CEOs David McKeown and Derry McKeown said "Kilsaran Precast has developed a unique and highly efficient system for apartment construction, focusing on speed, quality and durability."
Kilsaran already operates plants at nearby Brownstown and in Oranmore, County Galway.
